The iCLINIC™ is a medical and wellness practice founded by Dr Billy Hardie, applying a holistic and systemic approach to guide patients toward sustainable health through evidence-based diagnostics and treatment.
It is also the first care operator node of the AURUM™ platform — the clinical setting in which the BH Protocol™ is practised, refined and validated. What the platform proposes in software, The iCLINIC™ tests in consultation rooms.
This is healing in the age of artificial intelligence. Machine intelligence reads the biology; the clinician reads the person. Neither is sufficient alone, and the practice is built on the conviction that the pairing outperforms either — that a doctor holding a longitudinal, quantified picture of a patient can make better decisions than one working from a single visit.

Dr Billy Hardie, M.B.,B.S. (NUS) — physician, inventor of the BH Protocol™ and founder of The iCLINIC™ — leads the practice and its clinical governance.
His approach is simple to say and hard to do: read the whole person over time, not a single visit. Every patient at The iCLINIC™ is seen through the BH Protocol™ nine-axis picture, with the doctor — never the machine — making the decisions.
